This is an INDIVI knit. It has a slit in the center back and a relaxed fit that covers the hips. The neckline is a V-neck, giving a clean look. There are no noticeable stains, and although there is some pilling, I personally don't find it bothersome at all. However, as it is a knit, there is some slight wear and tear, so I'm listing it as "slightly damaged or with stains." I intend to price it affordably, so please purchase only if you understand.
