This is a silver-brown wall clock, a limited edition color from over 20 years ago. I remember it being sold around the early 2000s, commemorating the millennium. The clock works normally, but it has scratches and stains. It's a wall clock, so they're not very noticeable from a distance, but please only apply if you understand that this is a vintage item.
