It is a folk toy bell modeled after the "decorative cars" that are paraded in the Iga Ueno Tenjin Festival. This is a work by Ryoichi Miyazaki of Miyazaki-ya Pottery Studio, and the decorative car is made into a ceramic bell. The shape, coloring, and sound of the bell are all wonderful.
