This is a figurine of Fukurokuju, one of the Seven Lucky Gods, considered auspicious. It is believed to bring good fortune in wealth, success in life, and popularity. Fukurokuju is one of the Seven Lucky Gods, known as a god of longevity and happiness, and is widely worshipped by the public. It has been carefully stored on a bookshelf at home. It is carved to make use of the natural shape of the wood from Mount Nachi. It is old, but I think it is in good condition. However, there is a hole in the hand, perhaps where a staff was held.
