It's a Winnie the Pooh mobile. I've used it for a long time, and it doesn't spin, possibly due to poor contact. (I can hear the spinning sound, so it's working, but the leaves don't rotate. The sound and music play. My baby used to lie down and look at Pooh, kicking and playing with it until they were about 3 or 4 months old. They played with the buttons, and they still touch it even at 3 years old. There are no major scratches, but it shows signs of use from being used for a long time. All the parts are present, but there are no instructions or box. I will wipe it with a disinfectant sheet and send it in simple packaging. Character: Winnie the Pooh
