This is a rare card, "No. 500 The Three Super Saiyans," from the Dragon Ball Carddass series. This is not a reprint, but the original released in 1992. It's a double prism specification, with a hidden glitter card underneath the front glitter card (glitter sticker). I collected this when I was a child, so my memory isn't perfect, but I believe I peeled the front glitter sticker a few times.
