It's navy. The inside is fluffy and warm. I had it dry cleaned on December 20th. Image 14 shows the cuffs rolled up. Even after it came back from the dry cleaners, some fluff remained. I removed some with a lint roller, but some is still there, so I will send it as is. Please understand and agree to this before purchasing. I've worn it 2 or 3 times. I will ship it folded, so please understand. Hood: Yes (non-removable)
