Since I'm not feeling very energetic, I think open tunings around A or E, or a half-step higher, would be good. There is no case, but I will pack it with bubble wrap and cardboard. Overall, the build quality isn't that great (compared to American-made ones), but the pickup is excellent. The clear sound is similar to a gold foil pickup. If you put on flatwound strings, it will sound quite similar. This is a model that singer-songwriter and guitarist Yuichi Ohata also used.
