This is a Montbell insulated vest. I believe it's from around the 90s to early 00s. It's filled with Thinsulate insulation, so it will keep you warm. The volume is thin, so it can be used as an inner layer in winter, or worn over a cut-and-sew top in spring and autumn. Although it's a size S, it runs large and would fit around a size M.
