This is a ballet flare skirt purchased from Milva. It has two layers: the first layer has a lace pattern, and the second layer (inner) is made of the same material as a common wrap skirt. The waist has a loose elastic band. (The upper left side has a gathered look.) I'm selling it because I no longer use it. There is some wear and tear, but no noticeable scratches or stains.
