The outer box has scratches and stains (images 3 and 10). - Model name: PVWH-4000-PN - Type: Panini plate - Included: Instruction manual. Madeleine plate Used 2-3 times. There are scratches on the back, likely from moving, but I don't think it affects use. Waffle plate Used several times. Compared to the other two, there is more dirt and discoloration. I haven't used all three much, so I think there isn't much dirt, but please understand that this is a personal inspection. Please check the condition in the images. This is a used item that has been in someone else's possession. If you are concerned about small details, please refrain from purchasing.
