Delftware brooch from the Netherlands. This is a lovely oval-shaped piece with a hand-painted landscape featuring a windmill. Size: 4.4cm x 2.5cm Material: Ceramic, Silver Markings: There is a marking on the stopper indicating silver. On the back, there are faint blue spots that likely indicate the word "Delft" was written. There are no cracks on the front, but there are scratches, dents, and blackening on the back. The frame has the characteristic tarnish and blackening of silver.
