This is the SHOTEN UMS series M645-FG-U mount adapter from Kofuku Kogaku. It converts Mamiya 645 mount lenses to Fujifilm GFX G mount. Purchased new in August 2025 and used a few times indoors. There are no noticeable scratches. The tripod mount has some scuffs (does not affect use). Please check the images.
