It's a light blue and white dress. I purchased this from a Chinese dress website, but the wrong item arrived, and instead of returning it, I'm selling it here. I'm not sure how to wear it correctly (as there are no images of the product), but the accessories include a choker?, a white ribbon that can be pinned, two thick fabric strings, and one thin fabric string.
