The condition is as shown in the photos. There are no noticeable stains, but I think there is some wear and tear as I liked it and used it quite a bit. It originally has a distressed finish, so I don't think it will bother you too much, but please consider it only if you understand that it is a used item. (It's quite short, so it makes your legs look long! When you zip it up, it also cinches your stomach, so I think those who are a little concerned about their lower abdomen will be thrilled...!!!)
