Thank you for viewing. This is a collection of paintings by the Japanese painter Masaaki Miyasako. It's a beautiful item, only lightly viewed. It's been stored on a bookshelf. Masaaki Miyasako (1951-) Born in Matsue City, Shimane Prefecture. Studied under Ikuo Hirayama. Recommended as a member of the Japan Fine Arts Institute, received the Encouragement Prize at the Inten Exhibition, and received it three more times. Received the Maeda Seison Award, a scholarship from the Japan Fine Arts Institute. Recommended as an invitee to the Japan Fine Arts Institute, received the Minister of Education Award at the Inten Exhibition, and the Prime Minister's Award. Currently a member of the Japan Fine Arts Institute, and a professor of Cultural Property Conservation at Tokyo University of the Arts.
