I wore this for two Halloween seasons. It's relatively clean, but there are some pills in areas that rub, so please understand that this is a used item before purchasing. I cut and sewed felt onto it for my own child, so the lining isn't perfect. I think you'll be wearing an inner layer anyway, so it shouldn't be a problem for use.
