This is a Kita Shinsuke uniform costume. I bought it on Amazon. The size is S, but it was a little big. The fabric is a little thin. I've adjusted the hem, shoulders, and armholes to match the silhouette of the original work. I haven't cut anything, so it will return to its original size if you remove the thread.
