I purchased this on minne. It's a skirt with a beautiful mermaid line. I've worn it once. It's in very good condition. Waist: Approximately 32 cm Length: Approximately 80 cm Hem width (at the longest point): Approximately 95 cm One side of the waist is elastic. Measurements are taken with the garment laid flat.
