Around 2010, this is official PRS merchandise that was only available upon new user registration during the KID import agency era. It's a Pure Malt pen (made by Mitsubishi Pencil). Since it's not personalized, you can have it engraved at a Mitsubishi Pencil retailer when you use it. The lead and ink are not included. The pen itself is unused, but the outer box shows signs of aging and some minor soiling.
