This is a striped shirt from KATHARINE HAMNETT LONDON. I originally purchased it second-hand from a used clothing store, but I haven't worn it much, and the overall condition is good except for some soiling on the inside of the cuffs. Size: Unknown (approximately XL) 100% cotton There's a mysterious marking of 45/18. This is not a current item, and is likely from the 90s. Very good fabric is used. In the fourth photo, it's difficult to see, but the fine red and navy weave has a three-dimensional effect, giving the fabric a luxurious feel. Please feel free to ask if you have any questions.
