This is an authentic product with a serial number and warranty. Operation is inconsistent and not guaranteed. (It doesn't not work at all at the moment, but it may turn off while in use even if the power is on.) There is some discoloration. Although not shown in the photos, the iron stand is new. Please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to used items.
