The black spots on the surface, as shown in the fourth photo, are tannins from the persimmon and are not mold. Also, if stored in a warm place, the white powder on the surface (which comes from inside the persimmon and is not sugar) will melt, so please be sure to store in a cool, dark place or in the refrigerator. Because of the high sugar content, they will not freeze completely, so long-term storage in the freezer is also recommended. The product is simply packaged in a plastic bag and sealed with tape. It is not hermetically sealed. There is a possibility that the persimmons may be crushed or the powder may melt due to the temperature or shaking during transportation.
