This is an old item, but my mother kept it carefully. It's the old-style face of Peko-chan. She has a red polka-dot lace-trimmed hat, and a top with red and white polka dots with lace on the collar, cuffs, and hem. The skirt is checkered, making for a rather elaborate design. Thank you for looking.
