When I put my child in this child seat, they would immediately fall asleep, resting their face on the front. It's a good idea to put a towel there. I bought and used it a few years ago, but it's no longer needed as my child has grown. All the mounting parts are included. I temporarily attached it to a bicycle, so please see the photos. The box is for the product, but it has some fading and tears. It has been stored indoors. There are some signs of use, such as minor scratches.
