This is a Citizen Collection Eco-Drive Chronograph, model number CA4154-07E. It's a foreign model featuring "Made in Japan" as a characteristic of the Citizen Collection. It's a sporty chrono line equipped with a tachymeter, with orange accents. I bought this a few years ago in a Yodobashi Camera lucky bag and it's a new, unused item that I've kept stored away.
