I purchased these at a Dansko store. The size is 38. The heel height is approximately 8 centimeters. Despite the height, they are stable and easy to walk in. They look reddish in the photos, but the color is brown. I do not have any pets. I do not smoke. They will be sent in a simple package, wrapped in bubble wrap and placed in the box shown in the photos.
