This is Sanyo Yamacho's popular "Genshiro" model. The heavy double monk strap can be used versatilely, from suits to jacket-and-pants styles. It has been high-shine polished at a Sanyo Yamacho store (you can see it from the last image). Purchased for around 80,000 to 90,000 yen. There is a scratch on the heel (right).
