This is a pair of geta sandals from Aoiao, a sister brand of Bushoan. The platform surface and thong are made of cotton shibori (tie-dye) patterns. The platform material is paulownia wood. The blue of the thong is vivid and beautiful. These are very summery and lovely geta sandals, but I am selling them because I have no opportunity to wear them. They are new and unused. The platform is made of paulownia wood, so they are light and very easy to wear. There appear to be no noticeable stains or scratches. There is a slight stain on the rubber part of the sole. I have not tried them on, so I believe it is a slight stain from storage. I think they can be used with yukata and summer kimono.
