Brand new, unused. This is a Valentine's Day item from the Disney Store, so the chocolates inside have been eaten. It comes in a cute wooden box, and is a set with a demitasse cup and saucer, as well as a spoon. It's so cute that I couldn't bring myself to use it, and I've been storing it in the closet. There are no scratches, but please understand that it has been stored for a long time.
