I purchased this tulle tunic at Shimamura's baby fair. It's cute with star sequins and dusty-colored tulle. The tulle part isn't very noticeable, but there are a few snags. It has been worn and has some pilling and fuzzing. I've inspected it carefully, but there may be oversights.
