This item is a thread stand, featuring a pincushion secured to a modified round bar that is screwed into the center of the base. The thread spools are then placed on the round bars inserted into the six holes. Base: 25mm thick, 10x12cm, with rounded corners. Round Bar: Diameter 1.7-2.2cm, Length 8.4cm Pincushion: A pincushion made of cotton covered with fabric, attached to a 7cm diameter, 1.2cm high wooden dish. Thread Stand Round Bar: Diameter 6mm, Length 4cm, 3cm above the base. Overall height: 15cm, Weight: 254g The base and pincushion are secured with screws attached to both ends of the round bar. Both round bars were purchased from a home center or craft store. The material is unknown, but it is likely oak, white oak, or a similar type of beech. The base material is oak. Oak is characterized by its beautiful grain, is heavy, hard, and durable, making it widely used in furniture, building materials, and wine barrels. The entire piece is finished with a wood preservative containing anti-corrosion, insect repellent, and anti-mold agents, and then finished with black acrylic silicone spray for waterproofing and surface protection. Each piece is handmade using household power tools and handwork. Therefore, there may be some burrs and scorch marks on the base cross-section, slight misalignments in the hole positions, and a handmade feel throughout. I don't have any special machines or tools, so it's difficult to drill a vertical hole in the center of the round bar, and this is the best I can do with my skills.
