This is an umbrella for both sun and rain, but I have never used it on a rainy day. The cellophane on the handle has not been removed, so I think you can use it comfortably. The brand logo is understated and the design is very elegant and lovely. There is a part of the inside that is slightly faded, possibly due to wear and tear. There is no problem with use, but please refrain from purchasing if you are particular about the condition. I am hesitant to list it, so I am not considering lowering the price.
