This is a sleeping smock shirt made of army twill. It has two strings at the chest and no buttons. Also, although it's difficult to see, the bag-like part on the left chest is a pocket (see photo 9). There seem to be several versions with different materials, but this one is a relatively sturdy cotton. I'm listing it as a men's item, but it's a shirt that can be worn by both men and women. It has been worn a few times, so it's in good condition.
