It appears to be from 1987, 1988, and 1991. I photographed them still in their bags, so the designs may be difficult to see due to light reflection. This is a set of three plastic rulers: one 10cm ruler (transparent) and two 12cm rulers (pink). From a quick look, there doesn't seem to be any significant damage, but since they are old, there may be damage that is not visible from the outside (the bags have tears and stains). To avoid any issues, if you are at all concerned about the condition, it's best not to purchase them.
