This is a witch's cape. It's made of velour fabric and can be easily put on with a magic-style closure. You can put your arms through the purple fur trim. I only used it twice for Halloween, and there are no noticeable stains, but please understand that it was worn by a child. I wore it when I was 115cm tall, but I think it would be good for children around 100cm to 130cm. It can still be worn cutely.
