This is a silk obi締め (decorative sash tie). The braiding on one side is different (this side goes on the left when tied). The base color is easy-to-match beige, and the other side, with the different braiding, has a white to salmon pink gradation. Various colored threads are used inside the tassels, making them cute. It's in good condition, but there's some fraying about 39 cm from the base of the tassel, as shown in photo 4. It probably won't be noticeable if you tie it so that side is on the inside.
