This is a 100% silk blouse from the Tomorrowland collection. I purchased it a few years ago at a Tomorrowland store in Tokyo. I've worn it about 5 times. It's a tie-up style, and you can adjust the size of the bow or the length of the ties. It's somewhat sheer, so you'll need to wear a tank top or camisole underneath. I think it would also be wearable with a turtleneck underneath in the coming seasons. Thank you!
