Spike shoes with a lightweight and breathable design. I used these for middle-distance races, specifically 800m, 1500m, and 3000m. They are designed for the 3000m steeplechase, featuring many holes for excellent water drainage and are very lightweight. During races or time trials on rainy days, the shoes didn't absorb water and become heavy, which made running easier and was a great advantage. As you can see in photos 5 and 6, there are two holes on the left and right shoes.
