I am clearing out the belongings of my grandfather. I am listing a beautiful, lovely indigo ceramic piece from my grandfather's collection, who was a collector of antiques. It depicts a stunning spring orchid. It is flatter and larger than a matcha tea bowl, so I'm not sure if it's a tea utensil, but it has a wonderful atmosphere, so I'm putting it up for sale. It is an antique, vintage ceramic piece, possibly a tea or flower utensil. It appears to be quite old. A signature mark is engraved on the bottom. It was carefully stored on a shelf in the back of the tea room in the storehouse, so I believe it is a very good item. The white, porcelain-like clay has a smooth, gray glaze applied in a circular pattern, and fine crack patterns appear throughout, creating a magnificent depth and intricate design. In addition, the sides are undulating, creating an easy-to-hold shape and a beautiful shadow, which gives it a different expression depending on where you look at it, making it a truly atmospheric piece. Indigo-colored plants, thought to be spring orchids, are depicted, with strong roots and delicate blooming orchids that are truly magnificent.
