This is a beret I purchased in Shimokitazawa a few years ago. It's made of 100% cotton with a fine mesh-like material, making it breathable and lightweight, so it can be worn year-round. It has elastic on the inside to prevent it from slipping off. I've worn it once or twice, and there are no stains or damage. There is a small fraying at the seam of the elastic on the inside from when I first bought it, but it's not visible from the outside.
