It's a highly reliable lock, even showcased as a sample bar lock by the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department. I have never used it, but I did check its functionality before listing it. Everything included is shown in the first photo. The nylon case's belt is missing. It comes with 3 keys and a serial number key tag.
