This size is suitable for children from kindergarten to around 1st and 2nd grade. It has a loop at the neck (see photo 5) because the raincoat was supposed to be hung on a hook at kindergarten. There is a gusset on the back, so it can be worn while carrying a backpack or school bag. However, it may be difficult depending on the size of the school bag and the child's build. It's a good size for carrying things like on a field trip. The left side of the storage bag is slightly torn (see photo 10). It will be shipped folded and placed in the bag as shown in the photo.
