It's a type where you layer a skirt with a ribbon at the waist over a dress, and you can adjust the slit in the skirt where the lace shows (the position of the ribbon). You can wear it in 2 ways, with or without the skirt. I think I wore it about 3 times. It comes with a cover. Dry cleaned. As you can see in the last photo, the lace on the hem is a little frayed, but that's how it was originally.
