This is the Detective Dial Case from the 1998 TV show, Tetsujin Tantei Robotack. The set includes: Dial case, card key, mini-book, and stickers. Turning the dial and inserting the card key opens the case lid. This is a new, unused item, but due to its age (over 20 years old), the exterior has some stains (please check the images).
