Mamoru Sasaki, who works in the social welfare department of the city hall, receives a consultation from his colleague Miyata, "It seems that senior Takano at work is forcing a female welfare recipient into a sexual relationship." Although he finds it troublesome, Sasaki cannot refuse and ends up helping to investigate the truth. Sasaki visits Aimi, a single mother on the verge of child neglect, who is the person involved. Aimi denies her relationship with Takano, but in reality, she, along with Kanemoto, a member of the underworld, his mistress Rika, and his henchman Yamada, are about to get involved in a certain criminal plan. Yumi Kawai plays Aimi, the single mother; Masataka Kubota plays Kanemoto, the mastermind of the criminal plan; and Marika Ito plays Sasaki's colleague, Miyata.
