Thank you for viewing! This item was kept by my husband. While there isn't an outer box, each individual harmonica has its own box. Also, there's a white scale chart-like sheet for all but one. The yellow cleaning cloth has been washed. The harmonicas have been wiped down with a disinfectant spray. Regarding the instruction sheet: I don't think it was used much, but the edges are a little torn. I can include it if you'd like. I can also include the clear storage box if you'd like.
