This is a dress with a vibrant blue inner layer, close to navy blue. I think it would look great at parties, resorts, or even just for a casual outing! There is some wear and tear. There is a small scratch on the back of the skirt, as shown in the fourth photo. It's not particularly noticeable, but please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned. Some of the threads connecting the inner layer and the main dress have come undone, but this shouldn't affect wearability.
