I purchased this at Herz Omotesando a year ago. I've used it about three times, but I bought another bag and haven't used this one much, so I'm selling it to organize my belongings. As you can see in photos 4 and 5, there are marks on the areas where the shoulder strap hardware touches, but these are marks that naturally occur with use.
