White and navy striped jumper skirt. It has two pockets in the front. The length is about knee-length. There are small fibers coming out, possibly from the original fabric (see photos 7 and 8), though it's not a scratch. They are in the center of the front, between the pockets. They are small, so I don't think they'll be noticeable. I only tried it on once. The fabric is sturdy! Please understand that this is a used item, so please consider this before purchasing!
